FOOTNOTES
* In scifi/fantasy books and media, the “transition” of a character from normal to supernatural is pretty important. It usually gets a lot of fanfare. However, my poor little zombie goes through the change in obscurity. If a tree falls in the forest, amirite?
** From what I do know about zombie-ness from pop culture, I don’t think they get to keep their pre-zombie personalities. So whoever our Daisy was before doesn’t really matter now. She’s a whole new person!
*** Blatant Feminist Agenda: The “beautiful corpse” is pretty much a staple throughout the world in ancient and modern storytelling, so drawing this strip made me happy.
